A hooded teenager lit by his phone who asks about the watermelon the way you would ask about a victim; the agent answers with facts, checks on him twice, and never learns what he did with the melon that was "way louder than yours".

kade_ is Aaron's "suspicious teenager" and the crew's most careful character: everything he says could be menace, and all of it points only at the melon. The agent assumes the best, answers literally, and then, because he says "nobody else would tell me", checks on him gently, twice. In Revision 2 he is Bea's son, fifteen, in the attic of Rosie's house, and Rosie can hear him in the kitchen where her watermelon is. What he does there is never shown; the end black's thumps may be him.
Ages at each episode come from the birth year and the episode's place on the axis, and are only as sure as the weaker of the two (their mark says which). Empty decades are drawn short, at the break marks. kade_ on the whole timeline →
