Bea is Aaron's "gender from a recording" request made into a polite, cheerful, busy person with a spreadsheet. She is never unkind; she simply cannot see why a simple question has no answer. The joke is in her attachment: a one-second clip of the agent herself saying "let me check", which the agent never recognises. In Revision 2 she is the Client's sister, doing his admin from the dining table of Rosie's house, and kade_'s mother; her last email is not about credits.
