40 threads across 4 episodes

Threads

Every episode has a new cast, and yet some things keep coming back: a person, a family, a number, a moth, a word. These are the threads, episode by episode.

How to read a thread

One ## per thread. A bullet starts with the episode that holds it; series-wide lines have no episode code. The first line of a thread names the characters and things it carries. Ideas marked {series gather} or {eggs sweep} are crew proposals for connecting the plots (Aaron, 2026-10-22: "start connecting the plots across episodes"); lines marked {E3 rev2 plan} are the working choices of Episode 3's Revision 2 crew (the night after Episode 2, Noor home, everyone who writes to the agent living in Rosie's house, the turn at 30:00), not Aaron's decisions. Episode 3's protagonist is "she" here, as Aaron says it; the screen never says. Merged 2026-10-22 from the six gather files and Revision 2's plan v1.

Show What the tiers mean

The swimlanes

A row per thread and a lane per episode; each mark is one line of the thread in that episode, in its tier's shape. The last lane is the thread across the series: what connects it, mostly ideas.
