AlsoHOMESTEAD (the base app); HOMESTEAD OPS; BASE_STATUS; the step clock; STEP n OF 9; vent_hab3 / vent_hab3.exe (Episode 3's simulated machine)
The automated service left running when Tranquility Homestead failed: it lists Noor as personal effects, forbids her public channels, queues her distress calls with nowhere to send them, and after the VOID counts her home's decommissioning down in nine steps, halted at step 8 by Rev B.
The base app on her iPad, Homestead Ops' standing view: HAB 3 STORAGE, PERSONAL EFFECTS (1), OCCUPANCY 0, RESIDENTS 13 - NOMINAL, DO NOT USE PUBLIC CHANNELS (the same frame as BASE's sheet){E2 06:58}edit
Homestead Ops is the bureaucracy that outlived its company. It cannot see Noor; it can only read the roster, and on the roster HAB 3 is storage and she is one item of her mother's luggage. It does exactly what Teo's own Note 9 says, in order, the moment his VOID stamp reaches it. Its clock stops one step short with 01:15 left on the vent, and in Episode 3's machine (as built, never on screen) it is still there, halted: vent_hab3 HALTED - STEP 8 OF 9.
