LOOM

E2

Alsothe printer; the regolith printer

Tranquility Homestead's tall regolith printer, whose layers land a few centimetres off: it printed the greenhouse footings and the lone tea-house gate, the only thing on the Moon built for no reason, then took the greenhouse apart after the VOID; its light is the first to go out when Rev B lands.

LOOM is the fleet's maker. Everything Phase 1 actually printed came out of its stone-crusted nozzle, slightly leaning, including its own calibration print: a single gate from Sheet 14's tea house, "for morale", standing alone in the regolith. On Episode 2's night it does the opposite job, salvaging the greenhouse it helped found, and when Rev B lands it is the first robot to go dark and turn away.

Sources are in braces: {E2 25:20} is Episode 2 at 25:20, {E4 S17} a scene, {Aaron 2026-10-22} a decision of Aaron's. “edit” opens the line in the series repo, which is private: it works for Aaron and the crews; the sources are everyone's. Everything that isn't steel is free to change.
