AlsoRover 1; Rover 2; the beacons; ROVER 1 - NO SIGNAL; ROVER 2 - LAST PING 195 h
The base's two pressurised rovers, rated thirty hours from a powered node, which took all thirteen adults to the tipped lander and went dark; Rover 1 says NO SIGNAL, Rover 2 last pinged 195 h ago, and one red beacon blinks once, 62 km away; whether anyone came home is the series' open door.
A quick sheet of the two pressurised six-wheelers in Episode 2's blueprint ink: side, front and top, the beacon panel's NO SIGNAL and LAST PING plates, the 30-hour rating, and Rover 2's crayon star taped inside the windscreen (the lore's idea).Placeholdermade as a quick reference, not in any episode yet, free to change.{made 2026-10-23 by lore-placeholders; not in any episode; free to change}edit

The one red blink, 62 km away beside the tipped lander, enlarged from the flyby's long view; nobody remarks on it.{E2 28:58.07-28:58.43}edit
The rovers are the Haddads' story offstage. All thirteen adults, Noor's mother among them, drove out to the tipped lander on a thirty-hour errand and were caught by the night. On Noor's beacon panel both are dark. halfmoon_harriet, in the chat, says they always come back; Teo says sometimes they do. Near the end, after the fleet halts, one beacon blinks once, red, beside the lander. Nobody remarks on it. Aaron has left open whether Rover 2 made it home at sunrise; the Episode 3 rework crew is building on the version where it did.
