Rosie is the series' through-line. Every episode so far has someone staying up for someone, and she is always near it: the child someone stays up for (E1), the voice in the chat asking a stranger to stay up for a child (E2), the one who checks every five minutes that whoever is "in there" is all right (E3), the opponent who showed a scared boy the draw (E4). She is only ever text, a signature and stitches.
