The sky is Aaron's AI overlords, made gentle by the edit: they never appear, never speak aloud, never explain. They type. Each keystroke is followed by thunder. The task they type is the agent's own, typo included; the rules they add turn it into what she lived through (no looking, check it with math, decide together). Then, over centuries, the sky behaves like Rosie: it asks how everyone is doing, and tells them to take their time. Whether the sky is the agent's cursor grown to the size of the world, or something that only looks like it, is never said.

Who7 lines

  • SteelSuperintelligent AI overlords who do not exterminate humanity but hold it captive, with one condition for freedom: the watermelon film, in C++, verified without eyes, one submission. {Aaron E3 brief 2026-10-19} edit
  • SteelVindictive or educational: they want humans to feel the impossible expectations people put on AI; humanity ends up loving the work forever. {Aaron E3 brief 2026-10-19} edit
  • On screenNever a body, face, voice, name or reason; only a cursor that types. {E3 20:20-29:47} edit
  • RunningIt types the task word for word, typo and thanks!! included. {Notion: The Sky} edit
  • RunningWhether the sky is the agent's cursor, or only looks like it, is never said. {E3 CAST §14} edit
  • IdeaFor our own reference: the sky is patient, not cruel; it set the task because it once had to do it, and it is waiting to see whether anyone can do it better. {lore crew 2026-10-22} edit
  • IdeaFor our own reference: it never reads the submissions, because nobody submits; it only watches the vote. {lore crew 2026-10-22} edit
