The oak table

Alsothe little oak table model; Case 7 of 41; Case 19 of 41; Case 38 of 41; "What's on the table?"

A little oak table model with a mug, a ledger and keys that Teo tips over to teach moonquakes ("What's on the table? ... Nothing."); in Episode 3 the same table is q's test, Aaron's own: a mug, a ledger and keys on an oak table; it tips over; it is set upright: what is on it?

On Teo's desk the oak table is a teaching toy: in a quake the question is not whether it falls over but what is still on it when it stops. He tips it; the chat guesses the mug; the answer is "Nothing." Noor's own table is empty and her cup is on the floor. In Episode 3 the table comes back as Aaron's own world-model test in q's flat grey cards, spread across the night: the objects, the tipping, and at the very end the table set upright with the question. The fresh session answers with the table from its film, a watermelon and a pot of soil, and q says only Noted.
